We’re excited to share our new pricing that is lower and more flexible than ever before. We are constantly evaluating our pricing and how we work to ensure that our customers are getting the most value for their money and a couple of weeks ago, we saw an opportunity to do exactly that.
Why are we lowering our pricing?
“Our mission has always been to make AI useful and accessible to everyone. Everything we do as a company, from building and improving the technology, to offering the lowest prices possible, is done to further that mission," Andrew Faust, CTO and Cofounder of Windsor.
Windsor was originally a passion project, built by our founders, Andrew Faust and Pranay Prakash, two college grads who were excited by the potential of AI as a core feature of the tools and apps we interact with everyday.
That said, we know AI is hot right now but it’s been a part of our vocabulary for years. As we have been able to scale, work more efficiently, and optimize, it’s become more affordable to offer our product to you. In our world, quality tech and support shouldn’t cost a fortune.
We also have our growing list of brands to thank for this adjustment. We have been able to build an amazing rolodex of brands that produce a fairly high volume of videos. When we’re producing this much, similar to buying in bulk, we have the opportunity to lower the cost per item — not just for them but for our newer and smaller brands across the board.
The last (but not least) reason we’re lowering our pricing is because we don’t want our pricing to be a barrier. As a team, we’re always excited to share new developments in the AI space whether it’s talking to other founders or getting on some beta for another AI-driven tool. To echo Faust’s earlier quote, ‘our mission has always been to make AI useful and accessible to everyone,’ and frankly we hope it makes you excited as well.
So, what is this new pricing structure?
Instead of offering a couple of tiered plans like we have in the past, Windsor pricing will now be broken down by a couple of different components:
- Based on the volume of videos generated per month
One-time optional costs:
- Whether you choose to include a custom avatar and how many you choose to include AKA if you and your team members want to be featured in the videos
- Whether you’d like one of our actors to record your video with a script your provide, and how many times you’d like to do that
Free per usual:
- The Windsor template videos will still be included for free in every plan.

We broke down our pricing structure this way in an effort to give brands more control over what they were paying for and the value they were getting.
